You will need access to a full gym including...

The program is 12 weeks long, but you have access for 6 months after purchasing.

You should start focusing on ski and ride specific training in September, but late is always better than never.

They workouts take about 45-60 minutes meaning you will spend 3 hours or less in the gym each week.

12 Weeks to the Peaks is delivered through as free app, where you have access to all the workouts, demo videos, tracking tools, and more.

While we encourage not skipping any workouts, we understand that it happens. You can choose to rearrange the schedule and get it in on another day, or skip that day.
