The Collective gives you structure, variety, and expert-level programming without the price tag or commitment of individualized coaching. You’ll follow the same evidence-based training principles I use with my 1:1 clients, just in a self-guided format, with the freedom to choose programs and add-ons that fit your lifestyle and goals.

The Collective is designed for anyone who already knows their way around a gym and wants to train smarter. If you’re brand new to strength training, don’t worry ! Our onboarding form will automatically assign you to a foundational program to build your base before progressing to more advanced options and training programs.

Most programs are built for a standard gym setup (barbells, dumbbells, cables, etc.), but there are also at-home and minimal-equipment options inside the workout collections. You’ll be able to choose programs that match your access and preferences.

Inside the Collective you’ll find five fully built studio programs varying from 8–13 weeks long, plus dozens of workout collections for mobility, endurance, conditioning, mountain-sport performance, and more. You can follow one program start to finish, or stack collections together to build your own perfect training plan.

If you find yourself craving deeper accountability, personalized progressions, or 1:1 feedback — you’re always welcome to upgrade to the FlowZone Method coaching program at any time. There is also the option to book a paid strategy call for 30 minutes of coaching as it related to your success inside the Collective.

Yes! The Collective is month-to-month with no long-term commitments. You can cancel anytime inside your account settings — but most athletes end up sticking around because they love the continuous variety, new training drops, and the mountain athlete community.
