STEP 1
ASSESSMENT & STRATEGY
We start with a full athlete intake and movement + mobility assessment so we understand your history, goals, and how you move. Then we map out a training strategy built specifically for your body, your sport, and your season.
STEP 2
FLOWZONE BASECAMPE: 12-WEEK FOUNDATION
You’ll get a personalized foundational program (strength, conditioning, mobility) with clear progressions and weekly check-ins to keep you on track.
STEP 3
FLOWZONE ASCENT: ONGOING COACHING
We level you up with sport-specific cycles, form feedback, and training adjustments as your objectives and goals evolve.

Its' different for all athletes, but most people train 3-5 sessions per week at 45-70 minutes. We match the plan to your schedule and season.

It is recommended to have a good gym setup with most standard equipment (squat rack, barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, etc). We can make adjustments for most home gym setups and during travel.

Yes! We want you to join. We address overuse patterns with movement screens, smart progressions, and return-to-play strategies.

Primarily ski (BC & resort), trail running, climbing, MTB, and general mountain fitness.

Most athletes feel better movement, energy, and strength within 2-4 weeks. Basecamp builds a durable foundation in 12.

Coaching is delivered remotely with 1:1 support, video feedback, and weekly check-ins. If you are local to the RFV, we can chat about adding in-person training sessions!
